  • I hate it when people diss taekwondo and say the kicks are flashy and ineffective, but i mean look at the spinning hook kick, it looks cool and has true knockout power at the same time. for example esn barboza used it in ufc recently

  • @deathman191 I wouldnt recomend it aha

  • fuck commercials

  • @kwonkicker Sometimes when I execute this kick, I slip and fall. I once broke by toes the same way. Any tips on pivoting so that I don't fall down?

  • Would this work with a heavy, stand bag or a reflex bag? I have both but I don't wanna like shatter my foot on the heavy.

  • @look4skatevids As you bring your kicking leg around for the kick, you can often get more height by leaning your upper body back. You then bring your body upright again as you bring the kicking leg back down to the ground afterwards.

  • Holy Shit.. Im 14 and 1.65cm big and i can kick 1.90 high with sidekicks and frontkicks. But i have a problem to kick high with the spinning hook kick! Someone got a tipp? Thanks post as @
