Foresters driver ,drive faster than Honda. So Forester has more momentum. If CRV drive same speed the forester CRV can be. Its a little bit trick. I have to say "I've got a forester"
you may want to think that....however...the CR-V is just a front wheel drive "car" with an all-wheel drive system that sends about 20% power to the rear wheels when there is slippage from the front wheels...it's primarily front wheel drive biased....look it up and I'm a Honda fan, but the Forester would kick the CR-V's ass anyday off-roading...Car and Driver did an offroad test of these in Michigan a yr or two ago...look it up and see for yourself...just saying
Impressive. This is torsen differential job. In many tricky situations torsen system saves a hard job that true off road system will require to shift and work on situations. But torsen won't let it happen first place mostly but once it happened then full off -road system differentials make difference. So who prefers what.
You write great comments, but don't know how to listen to the video very well. You can clearly hear rocks being thrown when the engine on the Crv revs. You can also see the tires spinning the second time it gets stuck...
The Crv's systems is terrible when it comes to traction control offroad.
Also, you can't tell from the video but the hill is actually fairly steep.
@DjeticUsa lol, if you would understand a thing about awd or 4x4 systems, it would be totally clear to you that the subaru awd system is in totally different league than the useless system in cr-v. even hr-v would be better.
I can't believe that some people don’t see what’s going on here. Sub is clearly going nuts cause Crv is selling better. I have already said, in my previous post. Hondas driver STOPS on purpose 1:20 and then hits gas to the floor. However, we, who understand know that is the sound when the car is in "N" or "P" :))) Nice try suby. This hill is way to small for Honda not to climb it up. Do real test and se if CRV gets up there. I know it can, I know i DID, and I know it makes u DESPERATE.Honda rulz
The put the Turbo against a flat 4? They obviously wanted the Subaru to win.
