No, monkey you listen. Subaru AWD doesn't need Hi/Low selector anymore. They come with electronic traction control. Honda and other AWDs are trash, and as such are different than a standard 4wd. Subaru AWD and a real 4wd is like, identical in function.

Low range in Subaru AWD is achieved by complicated electronics. AWDs are naturally High range 4wd cars.

its the difference between real 4x4 and pseudo 4x4 - Honda is just a mirrage of FWD......subaru rules...

iono why their showing a honda CR-V. its not an offroad vehicle at all, they just added that feature becuz its an SUV. most people barely use their cars on dirt or uneven terrain anyways. subaru is like sport offroad, but the CR-V isnt.

Most factory 4wd vehicles have open differentials and if you loose traction on one side of the vehicle you can be stuck with two wheels spinning. The Subaru AWD system uses limited slip couplers side to side and front to rear. This allows for speed differences between wheels such as for cornering but you get torque to all four wheels always.
