I feel like your completely biased to the primer potion. And this must be because this is obviously the first time you've used shadow insurance. And also it's in a sample thing from sephora, not it's actual packaging, so did you even consider it could be drying up because it's not suppose to be in the packaging it's not suppose to be. Actually use a product more than once before putting it up against your obvious favorite.

I find that for the best results in my eyeshadow, I layer the two for the best blend-ability and the for showing the true pigment. It's a lovely combo.

In my opinion, the Urban Decay products are better than a majority of the Too Faced products. I've found that the Pink Leopard Bronzer is the only exception when it comes to this statement. But, E.L.F beats everything.
