'You're used to shopping at Lidl aren't you?'
Lidl wanted a campaign that reminded their audience how a shopping experience in a Lidl store is both cheap and fun. We created the 'you're used to shopping at Lidl' campaign which showed Lidl shoppers out of the comfort zone of a Lidl store being surprised at how little you get for your money elsewhere.
The ads used a contemporary animation style to capture the quirkiness, while still appearing cheap. The phrase 'you're used to shopping at Lidl' slipped into vernacular in Northern Ireland, where the ads were screened on UTV.
They won 2 Cream awards, Gold for best low budget TV and Silver for best TV campaign and one Fresh Award.
