  • Where's the djent? All I hear is syncopated math style metal. It's missing a chord.

  • @espyoshi you're right.. i'll remove the "DJENT"

  • awesome stuff here man, is this the full song?

  • @STERNrogering no it's only a sample :)

  • Awesome jam, dude. I would like to learn the tablature to it if you're able to post it? I have an Ibanez RGA8 in the same tuning as you and its got that beefy metal tone, too

  • @GaLiF94 sounds djenty to me!

  • sick!

  • @sniper1shade Don't really need a video. The term 'Djent' is an onomatopaeia, a sound word, given to a chord that's used to sorta beef up the sound. It's made up of a root note, 5th, octave and an octave of the 5th. However, at somepoint, Djent became a type of tone used to give the chord a much more pronounced effect, then it became a genre. It's a bastardized term which most people who claim to play it don't even use the chord. What you would call Djent music isjust synchopation

  • @espyoshi hey dude,,,,,,,,can you give me a video to explain the djent stuff...i saw a couple of stuff about it but all i can see is around the metalcore it's not that different,,,even i saw a video for Meshuggah and for Misha Mansoor ,i didn't see that it's a unique from the metalcore/mathcore......help dude,,,,,

  • @GaLiF94 Don't get me wrong though, its a good song. Your picking style looks awkward though....

  • @rockerdude29 Problem solved. I too was running into this problem, so I bought a second EQ for my signal path. My amp bass an effect loop in it. I run my first EQ (a Boss EQ-20 [discontinued]) right after my guitar. On that signal path I set my EQ on a flat signal. From there I add more highs in the front of the signal. When I get to my effects loop, I run my second EQ (An MXR 10 band eq.) This is where add my bottom end in my signal path. If you can afford it, it will clear up that problem.

  • Hey!

Look the video on my page!
