hey umm.... just in case English is not your first language, you know that 'cop' means POLICE right??
no way these guys are police. Next you will be telling us that the guys who wave those red sticks at the roadworks are police too? lol

@zppz stupid, they're traffic cop, or officers , licensed one,
they're not carpark attendants, they're not hiring any stupid attentants to attends japanese who can park themselves and which are more skilled than just attendants,

It's actually a great experience to go out somewhere and see new things (especially going to Japan). Sometimes it takes going to a different country. Try new things and don't be afraid of something you're not used to.

That's not a cop. It's an exit of a driveway of some shop. Cops don't call people 'customers' (O-kyakusama) ;)
