I love this song. As a kid, I never actually thought this was very funny. Don't get me wrong, it WAS funny, but I think there were funnier moments in Rocko. My older brother, on the other hand, laughed hysterically at this part.
Nowadays, I find the "Spring Cleaning" song wonderfully nostalgic. It really reminds me of those days when life was a lot easier and cartoons were actually worth watching. The 90's was not an era of cartoons. It was THE era of cartoons. I miss those days. ='(

Unlike in songs in TV shows now(SPONGEBOB) they don't do it all the time and the songs are funny. RML is better than a lot of stuff, but my fav is HA!
