Starcraft Music Parody: The Battle of New Gettysburg

I setup this song a bit back, and decided to finish it off over a weekend. I felt that Starcraft had an excellent musical theme, in the fact that it was based heavily in country. After hearing the song this parody is based on (The Battle Of New Orleans by Johnny Horton), I thought that something like this might stem from the fall of Tarsonis. All lyrics are original, music, not so much.

Starcraft, Zerg, Protoss, and of course their version of Terrans are all owned by Blizzard. All lyrics are by Foolish Frost. The music based on The Battle Of New Orleans by Johnny Horton.

In 25 hundred, was told to bunker down,
'Cause Jim and Kerry told us that we had to hold our ground.
So we dug in like tick, and we waited for spell,
Then the Zerg rolled in, and it all broke into hell.

Arcturus swore that we'd all be fine,
'Gainst the Toss and Zerg if we only held the line.
So we held 'em for an hour, then we held another four,
And for every hour held, we lost a dozen more.

Well the Toss were burn'in everything in sight,
So this simple furball just became a three way fight.
We gave up on our targeting, and ammo flew like piss,
With that many out there, it's kinda hard to miss.

Yeah, the Protoss hit like kick to the crotch plate,
And the Zerg washed over, like a big-ol flood o' hate.
The bunkers were trashed so we hid 'round Siegetanks,
Fir'n at anything got around our flanks.

We held that line, not a bastard made it through,
But we were outta ammo, and our tanks were down to two.
So we manned up all the SCVs, and sent 'em all a'head,
And clawed our way though Zerg 'till the last of us were dead.

@ FoolishFrost hehyou young boys in starcraft two, i am a 16 year old and the last of the sons of starcraft 1..you have no idea how much hell new Gettysburg was...thank god for the tanks..this is the perfect memorial for that day...-salutes- keep up the good work boys..maybe you can make a parody of "Moves like jagger" maybe something like "Moves like Raynor"
