What makes it fair to the man who was arrested while going into a store intoxicated and being charged with P.I. rather than two people who walk into a Police Station Intoxicated? The only diffrence is were they were. Just because it was in a Police Station does not justify them being publicly intoxicated. The officers did their job fairly and I hope they would not have done it any other way. Good job.

Yeah the police should have called these police a Cab to take them home so they could sleep it off since thats wht these people were trying to do .

Back in the day the police actually would give a non violent drunk a ride to their house if was nearby, these cops used to be known as peace officers and they were swore to protect the citizens , todays police are a much different breed as they are not allowed to think freely and make decisions based on their better judgment.
