Maxitrak 5" Gauge Quarry Hunslet Alice, garden railway

Here is the Maxitrak Alice on test in china, it was fine going up the 1 in 40 hill but coming down the other side required human braking as there was none on the riding car!

This is about as steep as you want to go with a passenger carrying line, locos have power but the wheels slip on steeper grades.

Dont tell me,this is outside the factory where you are getting the Chinese to build them then ship them here? Like all the other model manufacturers do?
