Even at $50 SILVER IS A HUGE BUY. Forget gold and get the silver. It was 65:1 with gold a few months ago and now it's at 35:1 with gold. Silver is BY FAR outperforming gold.

@whittle4u Also, let's pretend groceries do go up 10 times and so does silver. Not buying silver means you are screwed and you cannot afford groceries. If you had the silver that also went up in price then the 10 times higher groceries would not be a problem for you. It would be the same as they are right now for you. Everyone else on the other hand would be in a world of hurt.

@daobesebeast We silver buyers aren't day traders. We're in it for the long run which by chance is actually going to be quite short. You said silver won't be $50 any time in 2011 after hitting $32 or whatever. I bought at around $45 but using a credit card plus shipping plus premium for Eagles I ended up somewhere around $53 in which the order "got lost" by USPS. Full refund issued. Now I'm all in again. Most or what I own was purchased between $10-$18 an ounce. 400% profit as we speak.

@daobesebeast Ahhhhh! What? Bank CDs or Bonds? Come on. You're killing me. It will be back to and beyond $50 well befre this year is out. Of course this is my opinion but after educating myself over the last several years, I can safely stand by that statement. We'll talk again when this does (or does not) occur. Be rest assured, it will be back up there are brutally fast.

@jsnip4 It will without a doubt reach 50 and then even 100. But not this year and not next. We will be lucky to see silver at 50 this year again. You friend speak of taking credit cards to invest in your silver stack dream? Bad idea. You lack the patience or education to really understand. I would suggest some municipal bonds or bank cd's for you.

@jsnip4 well anytime you wanna put your money (fiat or physical silver) where your mouth is let me know. There are places that will hold the bet online. All you silver bugs like to talk alot but when you get called on it... then it changes... I like silver I own silver. I am just more of a realist.

@daobesebeast Correct and as you'll see in the near future it's going back to and beyond that. As I always say, if you dont have any, buy it, even at $50. If you already bought some then you can take a chance at it going down and then buy more. I've been buying since $10 and also at $50. I could not be more happier as I know what's going to happen next. I can't wait.

Great advice. And look at silver now. Its falling faster and further back then your receding hair line friend. "Hurry up and buy even at 50 dollars" .
