Seriously people, please go see this movie. It's hands down one of the best films I have seen in my life and one of the best films of the year.

Do something important with your life. Be inspired. Be inspirational.

I saw the movie too: loved it!

I just wish they would have shown more diversity in the LGBT community- i.e. showing more of the women in the community as it just focused mainly on gay men.

algonquin91: you make an interesting and valid point. In spite of the films great qualities, much of it was focused on gay men. In fact much of the entertainment that is marketed to the LGBT community is centered around good looking people rather than a more diverse cast. That being said it's impossible to represent all of us.

I watched the documentary The Times of Harvey Milk when I was a teenager in thei 80's and so was eager to see this film. It was very, very good on all the points you mention and it is very inspiring.

i went to watch this movie with my school gsa. it was an amazing movie, and then when i whent to go visit my family and saw it with my mom too.. she lovd it. i just bought it at a garage sale. it is amazing and i am gonna watch it again soon.
