Magic Ball may be a bit slow for some old school fans looking for a crushing challenge, but just the fact that someone recognizes this awesome genre is enough to get all classic gaming fans excited. Honestly, 10 dollars is a lot for an arkanoid game. Even if it has rainbows and shit. It should be max. 5 dollars.

Oh, another thing: for the uninitiated, this game has been updated extensively since this review. For starters, it is no longer Magic Ball... It is Magic Orbz! (although it is much more enjoyable to simply yell "ORBZ!")

Level packs have been added; there are even additional trophies. Overall, I couldn't recommend this game enough providing you aren't "too hardcore for that kind of game".

This is my girlfriend's favorite game. She likes to play on her own and especially co-op when she can coerce me. It is simple, casual and ideal as a game that you can pursue records and trophies stress-free.

She is an avid but green gamer and the difficulty level is easily manageable. If you are an experienced gamer either uninterested in playing relaxing, stress free games or you play co-op with another experienced gamer, this may be too simple for you.

Get this for the girl in your life!

It's fun, I like the idea of totally destroying a very well placed environment. I don't like the genre but I swear everyone could like this game at least a little bit.
