I like your videos, I agree and disagree with the whole pineapple thing though.
We both know saving a nickel and losing $1400 is not accurate, and that doesn't take into consideration labor & prep costs, and product waste of fresh pineapple that did not sell before it went bad.
That being said, sometimes, you have to make changes that some customers may not like, in order to retain future growth and profitability, and sometimes trying to please every single customer gets in the way of growth
