  • how much is one of those rolling thing?

  • shit... this exercise hurts so much right now (because my it band is so tight) that ive been wearing a mouth guard when i do it so i dont end up breaking my teeth from all the gritting!

  • Thank you very much for this video! :)

  • This is dumb. If you're in pain you need to find out why - there is no default exercise for curing knee pain because there are so many causes. Typically if you see a doctor they'll do an X-ray and assure you that there's no break but insist on an MRI to see if any ligaments or meniscus are torn

  • this really helps a lot.. i use a dedicated foam roller for this (pilates rolls are to soft)

seriously i could cry when i do those exercises ( i have to keep one foot on the ground, both feed up and i would burst into tears lol ; ) )

  • Trunk Rotation, Double Knees to Chest, and Single Knee to Chest are the Top 3 Home Exercises for Arthritis in the Lower Back

  • Physical therapy helps to heal join pain

  • This works really well for your back as well.
