    habeas corpus applies...no amount of footprint evidence will ever suffice. It simply isn't significant enough to every be able to say they are or aren't there. The mindset i take is...show me the body. Show me a clear video of the thing, a corpse, or you cannot definitively state that they are still out there. Same reason it never makes sense to me when you see these bigfoot researchers go out and call blast into the forest - no matter what calls back, you cant prove its a sasquatch.
