Spectacular Spider-Man: Happy New Year!

Happy new year everybody! To celebrate I just put up a clip from Spectacular Spider-Man where they celebrate the new year. Lucky Pete, and Liz, poor Gwen. Damn, I wonder what's going to happend with Liz and Peter and Gwen. Let us hope that we get a 3rd season of Spectacular, hopefully at the end of this year, maybe? Anyway so, I don't know about you guys but here in Sweden it's 2010! Maybe some of you guys are still stuck in 2009? Hehe. Ah well, HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HERE'S FOR A THIRD SEASON OF THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN!!!

@sadlobster1 Well, if they followed the comics, fake Gwen probably would've been at the hands of the Green Goblin and (if they had the balls) killed fake Gwen. I know they changed a lot of characters (i.e. race lift for Debra) but most of the story elements stayed relatively true to Amazing Spider Man (or the other variations).

In fact, she was suppose to hook up with Harry in the comics. I could see fake gwen getting back with Pete and Liz going with Harry as part of a hostage exchange

@sadlobster1 LOL, the relationship was so... assymetrical. I'm rewatching the series and seeing how Liz treated Peter, wow, I'm surprised Peter eventually liked her. Then again, he IS the same guy who found Gwen attractive without the glasses, and yet was ABOUT to kiss her when she had glasses -_-

A real pity that Peter and Liz broke up in this series. The worst part is that they canceled the show, without so much as giving them a chance to restart things
