You should really read Breathing Underwater by Alex Flinn. It is amazing! There is a sequel, Diva, that I didn't really like as much but it was still pretty good. Great video! Across the Universe was a pleasant surprise to me as well.

Me and Julie (my co-blogger) do our Top 12 books each year, our lists are going up today (our blog = Bloggers[heart]Books). =P

I keep meaning to read Nineteen Minutes, Twenty Boy Summer and Across the Universe, they've been on my shelves for ages. You've convinced me to read Unearthly too - so many people say its awesome but something about it just never appealed to me but I think I'll give it a chance now.

Great list of read for this year and so of them I would love to read. The great novel I read this year was part of a series the Queen's Thief series which was unexpected for me because the first book I brought for fifty cents and I loved it. Hope for another great year of reading.

@ocdofbooks lol awesome, I hope you love it as much as I did. I read it back when I was in middle school and recently saw it in Barnes and Noble with a new revamped cover. The new cover is a little too romantic I think but hopefully it will get more notice because of it. It really changed my perspective when I first read it and I never forgot about it :) anyway, Happy New Year and happy reading! :D
