@bonibonyrrk I'm not sure if I'm honest I don't even know if its possible, I've never reached the stage were I had generals but I would guess you would have some sort of notification were you choose or get a general given to you.

I dont know why I can't make my own empire, i haven't work for anyone, only good relationship with Tsardom and all fortress that ive taken over is Tsardom :| any solution? now make enemy to all of the kingdom? :D

First time I took a castle I was already under another empire, in their service, but it said I owned the castle by myself. Oops, didn't mean to do that. I got besieged within a day and lost it. :(
