"Sparkling clean dishes every time" - NOT ACCURATE. The plastic piece (like a fan blade) with the jets get clogged with dirt and it's not obvious how to clean that hold component.

@glombus We have found that hard water is often the culprit to clogged jets. In our local market of New Jersey and New York we have many localities with hard water and the only long term solution is a whole house water softener or purchasing a dishwasher with a built in water softener. These are made by Miele, Bosch, Kitchen Aid, Blomberg, and others. Note sure this is your specific issue but we have had this complaint and it has been exasperated since the removal of phosphates from detergent.
