I hope these women and the man in the second story were charged and convicted. It is way too easy for almost any woman to point her finger at almost any man and cause serious damage with nothing more than her lying mouth. The penalty should be very severe. Usually they are not even charged. Kinda like preachers, never held accountable for their lies.

Propaganda aside, for those whose complaints aren't false, rape is devastating. The death penalty for a proven rapist is not so much of a stretch, considering the lifelong consequences for the victim.

No one is safe from rape. A male friend of mine was gang-raped outside a club. Dealing with the powerlessness and revulsion drove him to drink, get in fights, and have dangerous sex. He suffered greatly.

We just have to be extremely careful about convictions and look at evidence very carefully.

You're going waaay overboard with the death penalty thing, a false rape accuser may be severely mentally disturbed, drugged out of her mind, pressured to lie for someone else's sake, etc. But I think some hard jail time is a good idea. This won't get stopped unless there are SERIOUS consequences for lying, and it must be stopped.

The vast vast vast vast majority of false rape accusers are very sane and actually rather smart. Precisely because a) they know they would be believed and b) they won't be punished even if they lie. It's an evil deliberate plan, they see this glitch, this exploit, this bug in our legal system and take advantage of it. If you're so unstable as to falsely accuse someone of rape, then you are a menace and should be either put to sleep or spend the rest of your life in a mental insitution.
