For printing the book, I would suggest the ClickBook software. It will print books of any size. From cute doll books to full-sized books on any printer.

are the pages pre-stitched? or did he just stack up seprately?

This reply comes a little late, but at my art school we just use white glue. It works just fine - none of my books have fallen apart yet.

What glue should we use for bookbinding? What is the best choice? Is there any name of brand that you can recommend? I hear that flexible glue is good but they don't say the name.
