Now repeat lines 1, 2, and 3
Replace 4 with this: [CEG] [CEG] [CEG] [GD and hold it]


Right hand:
1) B D D B D B D E G B
2) B D D B D B E D G A B C
3) B B C B A A G A A B A G G
4) B B A G G G A B
Now repeat lines 1, 2 and 3
Replace 4 with this: B B A G G high-G
