There are other site, but they are new, don't have many videos and users: ciaktube and zippcast. The first one is Italian and is slowly adding English to it. The second one I think is British and it is slow for the moment. But I am sure they will improve and if many of us join them, they will improve faster (for example, with more videos etc.). I am already on both of them. Take care.

Youtube will become so much less interesting after Mar. 7th. I know Google wants to save bandwidth with this new design, but surely with all their money and with all the brain-power they have working there they could have come up with something that wasn't so god-awful. Shame on them, and shame on their so-called "creative" designers!
