Organic Dairy Farmers have taken up tai chi to help ensure the levels of wellbeing in every pint of milk -- for us, for the environment and for the cows.

They have adapted a series of seven traditional Tai Chi routines - one for every day of the week. Each has been assigned a series of easy-to-follow instructions created for the agriculturally minded, with names like 'up with the lark', 'lazily buttoning overalls' and 'arms like tractor wheels'.

Tuesday's move - Up with the Lark - is demonstrated by Rob Lemmey and Gareth at Liberty Farm.

  • I wonder if the cows would look as good as you, if they were doing tai chi??

I think maybe a little more chi in the left hoof is needed by the guy on the left side ... great video!!
