as you see at 0:54 handler has dog on "live " ring of choker dog is fighting the collar and handler rather than 100% the decoy. Backyard handler/ trainer. Far more risk doing damage to the dog than to the decoy

@agendor101 I think he's telling him "Pakin" (spelling?), which is the command to bite the bad guy's sleeve in Schutzhund. The dog's name might be Chu or Shu, maybe his name is Chewbacca and they guy's just saying his name as encouragement.
