Question: what if you can't palm the ball like you can? I always use my right hand (im right footed) to kick the ball because I'm always afraid I'm going to drop it with my left hand.

@maddog0011001 you don't have to palm the ball. I don't palm the ball either. it just sits in the palm of my hand, but I'm not griping it. You just have to learn how to balance the ball in your left hand. If you hit a drop-kick, then it is okay to drop out of your right hand it you're right-footed.

Will you be making any videos on how to properly goal kick?  I right now can goal kick from the box to mid-field, but it doesn't have much loft on it. Any suggestions on how I can get more lift in my kick, as well as more distance?

I just want to thank the St. Louis Academy and its staff for uploading these very useful videos. I am 18 years of age and just been promoted into the senior mens team of my club. I feel very nervous however with all due respect these videos are calming my nerves.

we are in the United States and you don't need to be playing at any certain level.  We have goalkeepers of all abilities from professionals to Olympic and National Team goalkeepers all the way down to recreational level goalkeepers who just play on Saturday or Sunday for fun.

Didn't even know i was doing something right, because im left footed and right handed i natrually did the correct dropping. Good stuff :)
