@Trokolol its tibetan for sanskrit incantation "swa aa ha". Approximately means oblation or "Thus dedicated/sacrificed". Dabeizhou is a tibetan for the sanskrit nilakantha dharani which has repetitive incantation ending with swaha. Such as "maha siddhaya swaha" is changed to "moho shi to ye sa po ho" in tibetan.
