@1GodOnlyOne wtf .....the gate works off of sensors on the tracks so it doesnt matter where the truck is the gate comes down when the train gets to a certain point on the tracks ...you and your 5 fans fail

This is the fault of whoever designed the safety gate:
The gate allowed the truck to drive right up to the track, and then closed on it.
The driver was just trying to get his truck out from under the gate, and into a safer position, but I guess he didn't realize how close the train was at the time.
If the gate was designed properly, and had good timing (IE, prevented vehicles from driving onto the tracks when a train was coming), then this would not have happened.
