The link is given there and once done downloading, you extract the file to any destination you want, I put it on desktop because it is easy to remember. You need winrar or winzip to extract the file, but once you are done that don't extract anything else. Open up visualgame advance configure it by going to option--configure--1, then go to file--open and choose the game you want to play.
