IMO for those who are inspired by this video and want to start practicing with kettlebells, you don't see where the power comes from in this video. He's clearly been doing KB training for a long time. So just remember to learn the basics, and learn them well, before improvising and adapting techniques. This is just my opinion. Peace

Thats the beauty of kettlebells. Portable Gym. You can't really see that well, but I'm at the beach just on the grassy area in sunny Queensland Australia :)

It's only a 16kg, I can use the 24 now. Not as fluid but OK. Thankyou for your kind words
