Ron Paul introduces a piece of legislation that will repeal section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act. This section is loosely defined and allows for the indefinite detention of American citizens without due process or evidence.

  • Ron Paul is running for president AND fulfilling his duties as a congressman at the same time??! That's a real man. Ron Paul 2012!!!

  • Why isn't Ron drawing the obvious comparisons to the detention of Japanese Americans during WWII? If he's looking for some way to make his message resonate with the older generations, then I think that would be one of them.

  • Campaigns for presidency without corporate donations, returns to Washington to fight for our freedoms, resumes campaign. Just a day in the life of Ron Paul. Ron Paul 2012.

  • The real "terrorists" are in Washington, D.C.

  • NICE EDITING JOB ON THIS VIDEO... asshole

  • Like this if you support my writing of a "Letter of Demand" to all politicians who signed and support sections 1021, 1031, 1032 and S. 1867 of the NDAA, to surrender themselves to GITMO for prosecution for TREASON. If denied, face violent reprocussions.

  • Obama will indefinitely detain DEATH.

  • the man actually cares about the country and isn't being some corporate puppet like his fellow republican loonies. go ron paul!

  • @lawrenca333 yeah and hes 76. The media portrays him as a tired old man. I'm 23 and I can tell you right now that I don't have anywhere close to the amount of energy he does.

  • @radioface12 haha, no one is gettin Kennedy'd buddy. we are too connected now, the internet is too prevalent, there would be an immediate rebellion and they know it. Remember what Ole G. Dubbya said, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...."

    Well you understand?

They got away with it in the 60's, no way it can happen again. But just in case they try, start your garden and get your guns shit might get craaaaaazy! ;)

  • R.I.P. Ron Paul =(
