The PC originally had Windows XP Pro w/ SP3 but the updates took the whole Hard Drive and I wiped the hard drive and installed Vista Home Basic (BSoD every time and took 1 hour to load), and now the PC has OpenSUSE 11.3 GNOME installed, but I'm testing the computer to see if it still goes slow, and it still does.
Temperature in the basement: outside temperature due to lack of heat.
Does anyone know what might be the issue with the computer slowness? Possibly the motherboard is about to die?
