did you do anything special to make this game run this well?? My gta 4 doesnt run nearly as well on a E8500 @ 4.2 and gtx 285 :(

right now ocz reaper (2gb, my other 2gb stick is dead) and a samsung spinpoint f1 640gb

@Rodhizzzle With 2GB you should tweak your windows
Also you need to update video drivers but I think that you already did so.
Play with settings and may be you'll get a good result from your system
