the outfit in general is not that bad. i just think that the her breasts needed to be covered up a bit more. specifically in the middle.had the cut been straight across and not the v in the middle, it would have been fine.

Were the producer and director not present when they made this segment? You can't blame Katy Perry. She's not known for dressing modestly. When you invite her to your show, you should know what to expect. She should have probably made a better choice, but the Sesame Street staff should have asked her to change before shooting the spot if they didn't like her outfit.
