Ethans first time back at Badlands and first race since getting backboarded off the track from a nasty spill in Round 1 of the Full Moon series. Missed the next two races and this was his first back in the saddle. Not bad. Finished the 1st moto in 3rd place.

  • im 4 foot7 and i was wondering if this bike was to big for me would it plz answer...

  • @alexwerasd So which is it? 4'7" or 5'7"? I see you asked it both ways. Anyways, your height is only part of the equation. The YZ85 has one the lowest stock seat height of the 85cc bikes. Will you be able to lift it up when it tips over and restart it yourself? Go to a dealership and sit on one and see if your tippy toes can reach. If they reach, it's not too big. But, I've seen very small experienced racers use starting blocks almost a foot tall, so it's not all about your height.

  • I'm like him on almost every jump like at :46. Is there anyway to help that?

  • @motocross223Tanner Did you mean the first jump? Are you commenting on him not clearing the double? He just didn't jump that one. This is an older video and today he might be jumping it. The approach is very short and it's hard to get these 2-strokes up to speed in that short space. You gotta hit the corner perfect, be in the right gear for accelleration and "seat bounce" to make sure it's cleared. It may not look like much but it's a tough jump. We've only seen a few 85 riders clear it.

  • This was at Badlands Motocross Park near Celeste Texas. Just google for badlandsmx for more info on the track.

  • can you ride a crf150r in a beginner class

  • @cwg1998 Depends on where you race. Some tracks will allow small wheel 150r's to race in the beginner class and the regular age group brackets. AMA rules only allow the 150r in the supermini class.

  • @alexwerasd u should get the kx85 i use that and in 4 6 the yz is very high seat

  • @13031886 Depends,size would probly put you at a 125cc ( 0r a 250 4 stroke) but you could ride a big wheel 150 or 85,just have to stiffen the suspension

  • this song is used more than ur mom!

  • @motocross223Tanner just go faster man. dump the clutch out of the corner and just go for it

  • In Soviet Russia Dirt bikes ride you!

  • I think that that as great racing, i just hate that song! it is so annoying and all the guy is doing in the song is screaming!!!(I think, no offence to the people who like the song)

  • im 5 foot 9" and i was wondering, i aint a pro at racing but i know my stuff, and i was just wondering what bike would be suitable for my size, or the power of a bike for my size

  • nice track

  • cool video

  • @alexwerasd its not only the seat height too depends how long u have been ridin. it could just be to much bike. if its too big for you tho try a 65 2 stroke
