"Primary care-giver" means a person, other than the patient and the patient's physician, who is eighteen years of age or older and has significant responsibility for managing the well-being of a patient who has a debilitating medical condition. If a patient so chooses, they may choose to select one primary caregiver, who may legally grow, posses, and distribute to the patient marijuana as is medically necessary.

There is no restriction to the number of patients which one primary caregiver may serve, as long as the caregiver: 1. Is 18+ years of age; and
2. Has significant responsibility managing the well-being of a patient.

To become a primary caregiver, a patient may either: 1. Name the primary caregiver on their registry application, OR
2. Inform the state registry in writing of their primary caregiver at any time as long as they have a valid registry card.

The caregiver's name and address will appear on the patient's registry ID. "

  • If cops don't have a warrent, there is no inherent need to even open the door for them. The biggest way to defeat knock and talks is simply to never open the door in the first place. If you open the door cops will use tactics to get inside - including sticking their foot in the door, making up reasons of imminant danger, chemical smells, etc. Alot of busts are from warrentless tap and rap's: you open the door you are giving them an opportunity to manufacture reasons for a warrant.

  • @bradyrose I find the best way to talk to them if you have to without directly exposing your house to there coppish tactics is to simply walk out the back door and around the house then talk to them. If they ask why you didn't use the front door say your dog would jump out the door or the door is never used because it broken etc... Never walk out the front and talk to them unless it is clear they have a warrant.

  • This video only proves how much common sense people haven't gained in the last few years.

We're suppose to get smarter... not do the same stupid shit that gets us arrested

  • @bradyrose Always answer the door, dont hide inside and be insubordinate. What if they are there to tell you a family member was in a car accident and in the hospital.. The cops dont only do drug busts... just my friendly suggestion.

  • @StMarysOfTheMoon account closed. ultimate win.

  • @billj500 Your mom!

  • @bradyrose Yup! Never open the door!

  • Fuck Cops!!!

  • This is over a year old. Police no longer leave without damaging property. Don't even talk to them much less open your door. If you look out the window and see cops, just ignore them and they'll go away unless they have a warrant.
