When no shelters need to put dogs down
because every dog gets adopted, then and only then should any limited non-comercial breeding be allowed.

wish you guys could air all these footages on tv, multiple times, on multiple channels. i love when pple say to me "oh i got my dog shipped from a licensed kennel. it was a usda approved kennel, not a puppy mill." HA
