  • sorry for the double post

also, don't try to 'stop' the ball with your 3 bar on receiving. just smack the ball hard into the 3 bar with a lose-ish grip and high position! cheers fellow fooser! good luck with your progress :D

  • Great stuff, im already seeing results with your grip and men advise! Im trying to focus on the apposing 3 bar while using my periferal vision to work my passing and catching. i will be submitting another post next wed/thurs on my progress!

  • this is pretty cool but have you ever tried going outside? You should.

  • What model is that? Cyclone?

  • cheers, hope to see great improvements in your lane passing the next time around! always glad to help a fellow fooser

  • yea how hold you hold the bar makes a big difference in catching any kind of pass, whether its a stick pass or a brush pass. Kege is right, you just need to practice soft hands.

  • Looks preety good but you really need to find a better recording device (not your mobile) in order for us to critique your progress. It's dificult to tell where you're hitting the ball and hard to get a feel for the robustness of the pass technique with this quality vid.

  • hey, i think your wall passes are really good :)

for your lane passes, try to 'ease up' on your grip on the 3 bar. the feeling should be almost like u want the ball to break pass through your catching men. also, keep the 'default' 3 bar position higher up (the feet higher in the air), and this will really really help with your catching problems. if you lift it up just the right amount and hold it kinda firm-ish, u'll find that your lane passes really STICK when passed hard and firm.
