I thought you were supposed to step out a litle further. The more you step out the more your glutes are worked and if you do a regular step your quads are worked.

@slstsang I have no money to enter in a gym. so what would you recommend me to do at home to get some legs muscles? ( I need more muscles to football\ soccer )

I'll save this video, more info than the other one on bodybuildingcom and I think he was doing it wrong cos he went right down. It said something about not going past the toes but he was, I'll try your method without weights before doing it.
Hopefully my knees can take it.
