30 days in jail, plus 1,000 hours of community service, 2 years of house arrest, and 8 years probation. He has also received a life-time suspension of his Florida state driver's license. the idiot that got hit wasnt in a crosswalk. dante also flashed his light in an attempt to warn him. i think thats an alright punishment

You can't be serious that you really believe that's enough for taking a man's life? 1000 hours of community service that he will never do because he will pay someone to sign off on those hours. I feel much more comfortable knowing he can't drive in Florida... lol... Like he can't afford a driver. So really all he got was 30 days and 8 years probation. Pretty light for drunk driving smoking weed and killing a man.

Whats fucked up is that theres 1000s of other cases of drunk/high driving where someone has killed multiple people or even just one, and they serve up to 15 years easy. The thing thats wrong with america is we put athletes and professional football players up on a pedestal, so when the law comes knocking on their door the entire jury is already bias because the persons name is so famous already. I think if you're famous you should go to federal court where theres no bias.

I think I can answer that, dude. Dogs are superior,humans are inferior. Human life is expendable that's why wars last so long. And that's why nobody wants to talk about the deaths of thousands of HUMAN CHILDREN in Haiti. You can kill anyone in this country you want... except for dogs and cops. They obviously had something to do with the creation of our universe or someth...I don't fucking know. I hope that answered your question.
