ALICE IN WONDERLAND

Most of the songs for this adaptation of "Alice In wonderland" were written in 3 days back in July of 1982... and it was the very first time I'd ever written a musical. Rights had been lost to the songs the Chilodren's Theater of Madison were going to perform for their summer production, opening in just nine days... so they called a young songwriter in town. Voila! It was loads of fun, and led to a two-decade collaboration. In 2006 Madison Theater Guild revived the show, and asked me to pen a rhyming script to accompany the music.
