  • Graves's voice is way more unique and just sounds better. I think people just like Danzig better because it's "cooler" to do so...

  • I Love the Misfits.

Graves vs. Danzig = Not Fair.

Both bring something great to the table.

  • graves is fuckin faggot, you shouldn't even compare danzig to that cocksucker............... as far as im concerned the misfits were over in '83 when danzig left

  • Danzig FTW.

  • in a real fight Jerry Only or Graves could kick Danzigs ass, but as for Musical talent Danzig is untouchable.

  • i look at it this way, Danzig had more of a punk sound with the misfits, and Graves had a more heavy metal sound with the misfits. personally, i think Graves fit better with the misfits, but still i have a lot of respect for Danzig.

  • "Without Danzig there would be no misfits " That's not an excuse, and it doesn't change the fact that Graves has better voice

  • @kobrakai420

no sir u are wrong.....graves is good and i like him but danzigs misfits is a totally different monster than under graves....graves sound was more 90´s punk style. while danzigs sound was more original and sounded abit more punk to me..

  • @kobrakai420 It's a different type of music. Danzig's voice was more fitting for the Misfits' earlier stuff, which was influenced by the likes of Black Sabbath and B Horror movies and the macabre. Graves' voice was more fitting for the stuff they did in the 90s, which was more rooted in hardcore punk than in heavy metal. If Danzig had sung on the songs that Graves did, it probably wouldn't have sounded as good and vice versa.
