Give a Pokémon the Master Ball you can clone more then 1 Pokémon at a time just use the same method as if you were cloning 1 thus meaning more Master Balls.

Put it in any box.

Save.

Withdraw it.

Go to the lady on the far right.

Select "Open Level" and right after it finishes saying "WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAVE THE GAME?", turn it off, then on (this will clone the Pokémon too).
