It is a three speed road loco, the chimney just misses the roof struts of our shed.

Looks like just didn't have enough RPM on the crank to get the torque going. I've got marshall 6nhp single. and towed far heavier than that up hill no probe at all

@simonsteam thanks for your comments things would have been different if we had full pressure, but we only had 95 psi well down on what we should, not long after this our crank shaft broke.
What pressure are you running?

well that was 10 minutes of pure joy to watch, shame it needed help but that old engine is a sight larger, although its got quite a few bits missing, could take some years to put right, hope you make it, its gonna cost pretty penny, thanks for posting, cheers.
