The problem is that this crime will be spun as a tragedy because of a gun. In reality it is a tragedy because of a disturbed person.

All we will hear now is how much of a good person the shooter was and that he was upstanding and honest. The reason for this portrayal is that the anti gun supporters will say "well if we can not trust this guy, we can not trust anyone with a gun. This is nothing but an ATTACK on the second amendment and the ability for us to protect ourselves!!!
