If we didn't have a money worshiping society, hunger wouldn't be a problem. You cannot even hunt for a meal in this country without paying someone some kind of fee or fine. Our economy is set up to enslave us. Land of the thieves and Home of the slaves...reality check here people.

@amazonhippie - I am the smartest man in the room 24/7. I don't screw around, make babies I can't afford to feed and expect other people to pay tax dollars to feed them. I don't have children period. I walk the walk. How many of your kids do I have to pay tax dollars to feed? I stand by what I said. Only stupid people (children included) go hungry in America.

Only stupid people go hungry in America. People who make rotten choices go hungry too in this nation. Let the hunger cull our population of unnecessary dead weight that adds nothing but trouble to our society.

@adigital1 I don't know the answer to that question, but I do know in some mountain areas its not so easy. Food doesn't grow as well up there and that would mean more intensive fertilzation required, rocky soil too, not easy to till. When I lived in PA the government allowed the deer to overpopulate (it gave the state income from the hunters). But of course if you grew anything at all the deer would eat it, you can hunt of course but that is seasonal (when allowed by government)
