timmeh, not bad, actually. you are well accomplished.. maybe just a few notes off from time to time. the real beauty of your playing is in what i believe your keen sense of timing and expression, with a piece like this.. if possible, i'd like to hear you do this again, perhaps if you could find a microphone and recording equipment capable of picking up the beautiful rolling-bass tones in the pedal register.. perhaps it just didn't transfer on youtube. best to you, till then.. enjoyed it

*bows* thanks, although it's not a very difficult piece, just wanted to see what the quality was like for the organ. Will have to experiment with putting the camera elsewhere I think.

Ah so there is an organbuilders called Bishop. In the ringing chamber at St Chads in Birmingham there's one of those long iron weights that go on top of the bellows, and it has BISHOP on it

@irkibby there was indeed, and apparently a good one. However further digging by the vicar has revealed this instrument to be a Forster & Andrews of Hull who built some fabulous instruments - though fairly small this one is firmly one of the most enjoyable to play and loveliest to hear.
