What's amazing about Terence is that he not only has amazing ideas, but he also has the capability to verbalize his thoughts in a way that allows us to comprehend them perfectly.

I love the visuals and sounds, however, I hate that on every McKenna video they do this. If you are trying to introduce this philosophy to people I think it is a foolish idea to have it riddled with all these things most people deem weird. Most people are so deep in illusion that something as simple as that will invalidate the video before they even listen. I personally think it is just plain stupid to overlap sounds with someone speaking. Anyway, we need more people like McKenna in the world

I love how the chanting in the background gets louder and louder until he says, "That's a bird." Sums up his point beautifully, in my opinion. Usually when people add background tracks to McKenna lectures, it doesn't really add anything to his argument, but in this case, I think it is brilliantly executed.

Okay so I'm thinking there's a mandate to put ghastly discordant tracks behind Terence

. . . or maybe you're onto it 'thejonhendricks' and it's just that the people creating these clips don't know how to overdub. For sure they don't know WHAT to overdub!!

But really people . . . WHY put in a back ground track at all?

This sums up why I strongly disagree with the use of the term "god." Western society seems to like to sum up all that is into a three-letter word in order to make things simple and it limits us so very much that it is sad -- beyond words -- to observe. Uncanny how some terms, such as "love," do not seem to have such a boxing-in effect. Enjoy every moment.
