  • Well since you want to keep up with the insults here is one problem I have with our little discussion.

Your grammar and ability to type an organized paragraph is so bad that it is very hard to comprehend. At the very least I give you breaks instead of one big run-on sentence with no caps.

Also you really should stop with the "high ground" act. Take this as some more criticism but if you have to spend your comments venting your own anger and insulting me then you might have the problem.

  • That recognition in that fact is what maintains this union and prevents any succession like the civil war. This fact does not however make the state government weak by nature just cognitive that within this union and other areas of our nation that basic rights regardless of location are granted.

More social issues that exist in the area require state law because socio-economic situations can occur which require nuance to create appropriate laws to maintain order.

  • I find it very hard that you do not understand that our government has different levels and how each level of government obeys the law of the land(bet you can't guess what it is).

The constant struggle in our republic has always been between the age-old federalists and anti-federalists and the philosophy of english custom which allowed the founding of our nation.

However it is within that recognition that state governments can create their own laws must adhere to federal laws.

    CONT.

  • and "i must be" what..? since the presidential election i've been reading tons on american history and constitution, and i watched a bunch of debates and documentary.. your post read like an elementary school essay no offense.. look i wish i could get rid of emotions in my response if i weren't tipped off by the fact there's still so many uninformed voters with the state of country already like this. if ignoring me can motivate you to study more than by all means do.

  • lol what.. "state and federal".. "people of this nation".. i don't even know what rhetoric you're on about. multiple state rights have been violated which is why states often have to fight against the federal government to get their tax dollar back, many states lose money in the process. "people" there are also the issue of wellfare state which compounds the issue of illegal immigration

  • Okay first I didn't appreciate the insult and there was no need to be so direct.

Also isn't that the point is for our government both state and federal which is comprised of the people of this nation that we vote into office have the power? Also the power of the government to form a more perfect union which would require to change the law or add laws to the land.

Finally you must be suggesting as a solution to be just as manipulative which goes contrary to the foundation of this nation.

  • the reason why lobbyists fight for power is because the government has too much power.. you need to read history and study our constitution, and simply work on your common sense. unless you make everyone else on this planet stupider than you, there's always going to be greedy people who can outsmart you and take advantage of you, deal with it. work on more realistic solutions. you seriously think the government can't be outsmarted with all the loophole? theres still government supporter, lol

  • Well said David

  • Just ouch David. But sadly you are right. Corporate America has won again. Of course the fault did start from the legislation being built around the health care insurance and pharma industries to ensure they wouldn't lose any profit.

What is strange is that the american people would rather spend their time revolting against the government instead of the CEO's of these corporations.

I guess revolting against the government makes you patriotic. Revolting against corporations makes you a traitor
